In-Store Return Policy:

Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit only.  Items must be in resellable condition, unwashed, unworn, with their tags intact.  Your receipt must also accompany the return.  Gifts may be returned for exchange or store credit only, for the price paid.  Any remaining balance on a return will be issued as a store credit.  Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue.

All sales final on sale/clearance items, special occasion wear, discounted purchases, skin care products, swimwear, bras, pantyhose, and other intimate apparel.  (You will be reminded prior to finalizing your sale of what items cannot be returned)

We cannot be responsible for the damages that occur during the care of an item, such as dry cleaning or washing.  We are also not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the return policy.

Holiday Return Policy - In Store Only

We recognize that many people start their Christmas shopping early.  For this reason, Christmas Gifts purchased between November 23 and December 24 may be exchanged until January 6, 2008.

Gift exchanges must be accompanied by a gift receipt. 

Items purchased for your personal use are subject to our standard return/exchange policy (7 days for exchange, sale items final sale).

Regardless of purchaser or purchase date, all sales are final on Intimate Apparel, Bella Bands, Special Occasion Wear, Skin Care Products, Hosiery, and "Baby's First Christmas" Items.

Gift Certificates

We offer Gift Certificates in any amount for your mommy-to-be.  Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.  Gift certificates purchased in the store may also be used online.

Gift Registry

Do you have a birthday coming up?  Or a mother who lives out of town who is DYING to buy you some maternity clothes, but has not the first clue about what you would wear?  Maybe you want a baby registry that is a little more personalized than the standard Diaper Genie, Baby Bjorn, and Play Gym (nothing wrong with those, but let's get a registry of stuff YOU want and can use NOW!).  Come in and create your Gift Registry with It's Hip to be Round.  Choose maternity clothes, coming home outfits (for you AND baby), nursing bras, a Bugaboo stroller, basically anything that is in the store.  We will even send postcards to your friends and family letting them know that you've registered with us.

Privacy

We at It's Hip to be Round respect your privacy, and absolutely, positively, will NOT sell, trade, or otherwise share your information with any third parties.  Any mail/email lists you "opt in" for will automatically filter you off after your due date.  You may also opt out on your own at any time.
